From first workshop to lasting results
One partner and one method to plan, build and run your Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, whether it's Finance & Operations, Business Central or customer engagement.
- Fixed-scope plans
- Real-data testing
- Same team after go-live
The problems a well-run implementation solves
Most businesses come to us with the same handful of frustrations. A connected Dynamics 365 solution, implemented properly, removes them.
- Data stuck in silos
Finance, operations and sales each keep their own numbers.
- Manual, repeated work
Spreadsheets and re-keying fill the gaps between systems.
- Value that's hard to prove
Nobody can show what the last system investment returned.
- No view across entities
Every company, region or site reports differently.
- Not ready for AI
Copilot and agents can't help when the data underneath is messy.
One journey, three stages
Every Tech Sarwar project moves through three stages. Inside them, each product has its own detailed phases: five for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, four for Dynamics 365 Business Central. The chips under each stage show which phases belong where.
Plan & design
We start with your goals, not the software. Together we agree what success looks like and design a solution, and a plan, that gets you there.
- Process walkthroughs with the people who do the work
- Fit-gap, solution design and a clear data strategy
- Measurable goals and a fixed-scope plan before any configuration
- Licensing advice: the right Dynamics 365 licences for each role
Build & implement
We configure, migrate and test on your real data, with your team involved at every step, so go-live feels like the next step rather than a leap.
- Configuration and extensions built to survive Microsoft updates
- Data migration from your current system, validated before go-live
- Integration and user acceptance testing on real transactions
- Role-based training and change management from the start
Run & optimize
Go-live is the start, not the finish. The people who built your system stay on to keep it healthy, adopt new features and keep improving it.
- Hypercare with the same implementation team
- Ongoing support, fixes and small enhancements
- Guidance on each Microsoft release, including Copilot and agents
- Regular reviews that turn recurring issues into improvements

Questions about implementation
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the product and scope. Most Business Central implementations take 6–10 weeks, and most single-entity Finance & Operations implementations take 13–17 weeks. We agree the timeline in the Plan & design stage, before any configuration starts.
Business Central or Finance & Operations?
Business Central suits growing businesses that want one application for finance, sales, projects and inventory. Finance & Operations suits larger, more complex or multi-national organizations. We'll help you choose in a short call, or through our advisory service.
Is the price fixed?
We agree a fixed scope and price at the end of Plan & design. Changes along the way are logged and agreed with you before any work starts.
Can you take over a project another partner started?
Yes. See project recovery: we start with an independent assessment, then stabilize and replan.
Can you supply the licences too?
Yes. As a Microsoft Indirect Reseller (CSP) we supply Dynamics 365 licences and help you choose the right ones for each role.
